　　該項目用地的形狀呈長條狀，兩條道路橫穿場地將整個用地劃分為三個部分， 每個區(qū)域皆擁有良好的交通地理條件。由于住宅區(qū)緊鄰道路，且占地面積較大，在設計時多采用軸線與廣場將小區(qū)出入口與外界聯(lián)系起來，形成多個通透的觀景視線走廊與景觀風情大道。整個設計主要運用折線進行空間的組織，以現(xiàn)代風格體現(xiàn)場地的簡潔感與時尚感，同時穿插圓形廣場作為景觀節(jié)點。
